Reno Sparks Buyers Are Getting More Breathing Room

The Reno Sparks housing market is giving buyers a little more room to make thoughtful decisions.

In August, active inventory reached 965 homes, up 5.1% from the same time last year. Months of supply also rose to 2.5 months, up 17.9% from July. At the same time, the median time to go under contract increased to 25 days.

For buyers, that can mean more homes to compare, less pressure to rush, and potential negotiating opportunities on the right property.

For sellers strategy matters more than ever. Buyers have more choices so pricing, presentation, and strong marketing can make a real difference.

That said, Reno Sparks is not a distressed market. Sellers still received an average of 98.9% of list price, showing that well priced homes can still attract strong interest.
